1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and utilizing the EarnFrenzy Network ("Platform", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you are strictly prohibited from accessing the Platform. EarnFrenzy reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Account Creation & Security
To participate in the EarnFrenzy network, you must create a verified account. You agree to provide accurate and current information.
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use this Platform.
- Account Limits: You are permitted exactly one (1) account per person, per household, and per IP address.
- Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and connected cryptocurrency wallets.
3. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for fraud, manipulation, and automated exploitation. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all generated yield:
- VPNs & Proxies: The use of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), proxies, TOR, or any software designed to mask your true location or IP address is strictly forbidden.
- Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating multiple accounts to exploit referral commissions or daily claims.
- Automated Scripts: Utilizing bots, macros, auto-clickers, or any automated systems to interact with our faucets, offerwalls, or ad networks.
- Offerwall Fraud: Completing surveys with false information, utilizing chargeback methods on trial offers, or violating the terms of our third-party advertising partners.
4. Earnings, Yield, and Withdrawals
EarnFrenzy provides opportunities to earn internal platform "Credits" which may be converted into cryptocurrency.
- No Financial Advice: EarnFrenzy is a rewards network, not an investment platform, bank, or exchange. Internal "Credits" possess no real-world fiat value outside of our ecosystem.
- Withdrawal Audits: All withdrawal requests are subject to manual or automated security audits. We reserve the right to delay, reduce, or cancel any withdrawal if fraudulent activity is suspected.
- Exchange Rates: Cryptocurrency conversion rates are highly volatile. The final payout amount is determined at the exact time of transaction processing, not at the time of the request.
5. Limitation of Liability
EarnFrenzy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. In no event shall EarnFrenzy, its founders, or operators be liable for any loss of profits, data, or cryptocurrency resulting from platform downtime, wallet transmission errors, or third-party offerwall disputes.
